If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at any time. Online purchases are returnable for refund within 14 days of shipping date. Full refund will be provided when a copy of  the "original receipt" is provided and the merchandise is in original condition. For merchandise returned without a receipt and made within 30days of shipping date, store credit will be issued.  Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days and this refund should appear in one to two billing cycles. 

Please note that Mine Gifts & Monograms will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages, unless mistakes have been made on our part (such as shipping to the wrong address).

 

Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Items returned must be in original condition (unworn and unused). Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival. 

 

Unfortunately, We are unable to provide refunds for personalized items. Please be sure to double check spelling and style before placing your order. Once your order is placed, changes may be made but can not be guaranteed. For any issues or questions with the order, please give us a call and we will try to work with you. ORDER STATUS

Please allow 3-5 days for your item to be monogrammed. If you need an item sooner, please call and we will try to accommodate your needs. You may be charged a small fee for a rush delivery. Screen Work Items are personalized for us and are not done "in-house" therefore please allow 7-10 days.
